Our new facility has the capability of washing, drying, ironing and folding up to 10,000 pounds of laundry daily. With our two Unimac 160 lbs washers, along with multiple other machines, we have the capacity to wash nearly 1000 pounds with one turn. This type of equipment is an industry leader in providing dependable, long-lasting, and extremely efficient outcomes.
We are experts in chemical management and equipment programming procedures. We are even able to launder many items that are marked dry clean only. We have put in place a Direct Injection Chemical System for all our washers to ensure that the exact amount of each agent used matches the size of the machine and the linens being washed (heavy to light soil). To further enhance our washing process, we have set up Aquawing Ozone which is another industry leader in laundry system

Ozone Laundry System
Ozone does not require hot water and, in fact, works best the colder the water is! The process of infusing Ozone into the machine’s water as it cleans is a standard of laundering recognized by all state and federal requirements. In fact, the State of Oregon is pushing for more laundry facilities to use ozone. And because we use cold water, linens washed will have longer life, be softer and the ozone gas also makes them smell fresher. Aquawing is a diffusion system, and the only one that validates the proper amount of ozone gas injected into each and every wash and rinse bath. This validation is important, particularly in the healthcare field. Ozone kills 99.99% of all virus and bacteria. Ozone can virtually eradicate MRSA, C-diff, Aspergillus Niger, HIV, and Hepatitis viruses as well as molds, parasites and other microscopic organisms.
