Job Opportunity: Raindrop Laundry - Box Truck Driver
Raindrop Laundry is seeking a responsible and experienced individual to fill the position of Box Truck Driver. The driver will be responsible for daily round trips to Portland, operating a 26-foot box truck. This position does not require a CDL, but a good driving history and some driving experience are necessary. The daily round trip starts at 4:30 am, and the pay rate is $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on daily round trips to Portland
Load and unload laundry items onto the truck using proper equipment and techniques
Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with delivery schedules
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Previous experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Pay:
The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.
