Job Opportunity: Front Desk Agent
Raindrop Laundry is looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our Laundry Services first point of contact and manage all aspects of their laundry need. Be able to do laundry when you are not handling guests. Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering clients, managing reservations and providing information about laundry services, rates and turnaround times. If you have a knack for customer service and organization, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant atmosphere for our laundry staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Perform laundry duties in between guests and phone calls
Manage online and phone requests.
Inform customers about payment methods and take payments.
Register laundry clients collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact details of their needs)
Provide information about our services, offers, and availability
Liaise with our laundry staff to ensure all laundry is clean, folded and accommodate clients needs
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records and payments
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has Previous experience which has prepared you to be an effective, competent and orgniazed team leader, in addition, be prepared to learn the technical aspects of our laundry service. Effective communication skills are necessary. Bilingual candidates who are able to be fluent in both speaking and writing are desired.
Pay
The pay range for this new position will be from $20-$25 per hour depending on experience and communication ability.
